About me
I am a health and wellbeing professional with a career in sport and community development, and leisure centre management. In recent years I have pivoted to firmly ground all my work in the natural world. This understanding came during a 24hour solo Vision Quest and since then my relationship with the natural world has continued to deepen, as has the desire to help others.
For me, spending time with nature and using the practices I share here, are the backbone to a grounded happy life. They have helped calm my mind, provide insight into life’s challenges, offer hope and spark inspiration. Learning to prioritise time with nature has boosted my confidence, gifted new found skills, calmed my nervous system and offered new ways to move and build my fitness.
Just one day without outdoor time, and my mind and body soon tell me!
I live in South Wales and spend as much time outdoors as possible!
I have a deep connection with plants, and work with them to create food, medicine and art.
I also love to move, play, get muddy, wild camp, laugh and eat tasty homemade local food.
Feral Bikepacking and yurt living are what I would fill much of my days with if money was no object!
I am way too messy, and can’t leave a beach without collecting some treasures! My phone is full of photos of plants, trees, and our dog!
My goal is to enable you to build your own relationship with your body, the trees, the plants…not a prescriptive approach but one where you explore what’s important to you and what makes you feel your best.
I am also an Agored Tutor and Assessor, leading courses such as Wellbeing in Nature and Health Walk Leader training.
